They went through each step of my treatment, how it would pan out. That really put me at ease because I was able to picture everything step by step. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the greeter, and it's just a warm, nice atmosphere. It feels you're coming to visit a relative with how warm it is. I really love it.
